___ Early morning "set up" crew (must have 5AM availability) (Empty storage truck and help set up tables, stage and speakers, mics, etc.)

___ Break down crew #1 (must have 5PM or later availability) (break down folding tents, tables, chairs and load into truck)

___ Break down crew #2 (must have availability until 11PM) (breakdown stage area – load into truck, bring back to storage unit and unload)

___ Table attendants (work on setting up table items for raffle, sell tickets for raffle, provide fill-in at booths for breaks when needed)

___ Golf cart drivers (Provide transportation to and from vendor area when needed)

__ Parking lot attendant (Direct cars into parking area and out of parking area)

____ Information desk attendant (Hand out vendor envelopes & maps of vendor area)
